Flat Rate Realty does not charge a listing commission based on the sales price of the property.  The cost of our listing services are  based on the selling tools desired by the property owner.  The  Three Listing Packages  offered are designed to appeal to both the experienced FSBO ( For sale by owner) looking for a little assistance and also to the first time seller interested in full  real estate service and representation. Our company is committed to our clients  goals....getting real estate sold for the highest price and fast at one low flat fee!

Through our northwest MLS service, Flat Rate Realty provides all the tools necessary to get the property in front of prospective buyers, with the seller or FSBO in the the middle of the transaction!  All of our service packages will get the property exposure on over 600 real estate sites, including our local multiple listing service (Northwest Multiple Listing Service), which is what real estate agents use to find the properties they will show their clients!

The only commission the seller may pay at time of sale, is to the agent who procures the sale (brings a ready, willing and able buyer). It is the choice of the seller or FSBO (For Sale by owner) how much to offer a buyers agent (for selling the property), but we recommend the seller offers a reasonable commission based on the current market conditions. This prevents  buyer agents from being discouraged with dealing with a flat fee MLS listing, since they will earn the same amount of commission as the other properties available. The seller pays ZERO commissions if the  buyer has no representation!

Here at Flat Rate Realty, it is understood that sometimes a bundled package of service’s does not include everything a seller or FSBO may desire. This is why our clients have the option of adding services to create an unique and customized flat fee service package!
